MEET THE FOUNDER

Andrew Kim. Built on site.

Andrew Kim, founder of Prolite Agency, in Sydney
Sydney, Australia

Andrew grew up in Sydney watching his old man — a builder — leave the house before sunrise and come home after dark. Saturdays were for site visits. Sundays were for quotes at the kitchen table.

By his late teens, Andrew was on the tools himself, working as a labourer across Sydney job sites. He saw firsthand what nobody talks about: the best tradies in the country were also the worst at marketing themselves.

Brilliant work. Loyal clients. And still — stuck in the feast-or-famine cycle, undercharging, drowning in admin, losing weekends chasing invoices.

So Andrew built Prolite. A growth agency that works with only Australian tradesmen — sparkies, chippies, plumbers, painters, landscapers, builders — to help them land higher-paying jobs, build consistent pipelines, install proper backend systems, launch websites that actually convert, and weave AI into the parts of the business that drain their time.

No fluff. No agency jargon. Just systems that work for blokes who'd rather be on the tools than in the office.
